  • Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment.
  • We accept secure payments through trusted providers such as Mollie, Stripe, or WooCommerce Payments.
  • Payment must be made in full before your order will be processed or shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders within the Netherlands and, optionally, to selected EU countries.
  • Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. These are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
  • If an item is delayed or out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • Consumers in the EU have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving their order.

  • You must return the product in unused and original condition within 14 days after cancellation.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
